Charles Small and Will Batson
of Diversified Development, Inc. are two of the principal
owners of the Whaley Row townhouse project. They combined
have over 40 years of experience in the development and
construction of real estate--both in Residential and Commercial
projects.
Will Batson and
Peggy Small will head the marketing team for the Whaley
Row project. They have been involved with the planning
and design of Whaley Row from its initial concept. They
have achieved a high level of quality construction and
functional floor plans for the homes. They are excited

TEAM
The Architectural firm for this project
is Heaner, Inc.; Chip Funderburk, PE and Jim Steverson,
AIA are responsible for the design of Whaley Row. They
are located in Greenwood, South Carolina.
BUILDER TEAM
C.F. Evans & Company, Inc. is a construction
company located in Orangeburg, South Carolina; they
have been in business since 1948. Johnny Evans is the
President and CFO of the company; he possesses nearly
30 years of handson experience and is skilled in the
means and methods of construction. They will serve as
the General Contractor for the homes in Whaley Row.
C.F. Evans & Company, Inc. has an
extensive building background in the construction of
housing, banks, churches, schools, and office buildings.
They are committed to quality building and customer
satisfaction. They work with subcontractors that have
the expertise and resources to finish their projects
in a timely and highly quality manner.

native of Columbia, I attended Emory University in Atlanta
and returned home to bein my real estate career in1994.
Since that time I have earned many honors including
the Million Dollar Club and the Columbia Board of Realtors
Circle of Excellence. Through the years I have worked
extensively with first time buyers, investors, and parents
who seek an alternative to rent or student housing.
I am married to Krista Clark Jones and have 3 children,
